Use the form below to report an item lost on UTA vehicles or property. After completing the form, you will receive a reference number and email confirmation. The description you provide will be kept on file and compared to found items for up to 30 days. Please describe the item in detail and provide a photo, if possible, to increase the likelihood of retrieving your item.
You will be notified as soon as there is a match to your report. Found items are stored for 30 days, after which unclaimed items are donated.
