UTA Change Days are key components of UTA’s dynamic planning process which highlights the organization’s efforts to improve quality of life in the region by increasing overall access to transit and restoring service in areas where it was previously reduced. The service updates in this plan are based on systemwide analysis, community requests and feedback, operational and cost concerns, and other factors.
